Rigging
All employees are trained and certified under Worksafe BC recognized IRATA regulations. Health and Safety is our number one priority.
We use the industry standard Petzl harnesses and ropes for rigging. Equipment is inspected daily and replaced frequently,
Painting and coatings
With vast knowledge in paints and coatings we are experienced in products as simple as acrylic latex to complex systems such as liquid urethane membranes & PMMA.
It is of utmost importance to understand the preparations required for application and ability to identify existing coatings before new coatings are applied. This knowledge can be gained from decades of experience in the field.
Sealants
Sealant around openings such as windows, doors and joints fail over time and need to be replaced.
There are many caulking and sealant manufacturers and many products depending on which materials are to be sealed. We can advise on the correct materials to use and apply them.
Concrete Repair
Concrete repairs cannot be neglected. The sooner they are taken care of the less costly it will be. Small spalling grows quickly - amplified by the North West Pacific climate. We use the best products and grinding equipment so you wont even recognize where the repair was after it is painted.
Crack chasing
Cracks need to be ground out in a V shape and filled with sealant applied to a flush finish before a coating can be applied.
Inspections
We are experts in providing exterior building envelope inspection reports. We can access your building exterior to inspect coatings, sealants and identify leaks.
Window Cleaning
After restoration works on your building are complete, annual or bi-annual window cleaning contracts are recommended.
Pressure washing
Pressure washing is the first step of the restoration process. Clean surfaces are required before applying any products. The correct pressure and tips are important so not to strip or damage coatings unnecessarily. Mildew and environmentally friendly bleaching products are also used.
